Curtin Calendar is a Chrome extension that exports your Curtin University timetable to an ICS calendar file. This policy explains how the extension handles your data.
Curtin Calendar does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No information is sent to any external server by the extension itself.
The extension reads your timetable directly from the Curtin student portal page that is already open in your browser. This data is processed entirely on your device and written to an ICS file saved locally. It is never uploaded or shared.
When a physical room is associated with a class, the extension queries the MazeMap public search API to look up the room's location. The query contains only the room identifier (e.g. "212.107") and no personal information. MazeMap's own privacy policy applies to this request.

This data never leaves your device (except for the dark mode preference, which Chrome may sync across your own signed-in devices via your Google account).
